This batter is naturally fermented and its full of probiotics which makes it very healthy for you guys.

Ingredients
For Batter

Instructions
  1. Mix together, flour, corn flour, and salt
  2. Mix in the yogurt and beat well. Quantity of yogurt would seem less in the beginning but as you continue beating it changes into thick elastic batter
  3. Add 1 Tablespoon of slightly hot oil and beat again
  4. Cover the bowl with lid and let it rest for fermentation. (Approx more than 2 hours)
  5. Prepare the chicken while the batter is being fermented. Add in all the ingredients from the chicken section
  6. Cook on high heat until the chicken is dried up
  7. After fermentation batter will become thin, Beat it again till it gains its elasticity once again
  8. Add spices and mix well. You can spice the batter according to your desires i.e. you can use cumin, or carom seeds etc
  9. Heat the oil. Dip in the chicken pieces in the batter one by one
  10. Or you can add all of them in the batter and mix well so that they are all coated
  11. Fry the chicken pieces at medium high. Frying wont take much long because the chicken is already cooked
  12. Fry until they are golden
  13. Serve with any desired sauce
