Gulab Jaman
Now you can make those most desireable Garam Ghulaab Jamun that you see in those sweet shops. They will just melt in your mouth. Try this delicious desi dessert and let us know how it turns out 🙂
Ingredients
For Syrup
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Star Spice
- 1 Cinemon Stick
- 2 Clove
- 4 Cardemon
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Servings: People
Instructions
- Make Sugar syrup by boiling all ingredients mentioned in "For Syrup" section

- Mix all ingredients mentioned in "For Dough" section except Egg

- Knead it with beaten egg, use as much egg as required

- Dough is sticky, knead it well and refrigerate it and it will become firm

- Make balls out of the dough


- Heat the oil and fry the dough balls over low heat till golden


- Take them out and put them in hot sugar syrup and turn off the flame of syrup

- Serve hot

Assalamualaikum the recipe seems very simple and I will try for sure inn sha Allah can you please tell the amount of dry milk in cups form dont have a weighing balance.JazakaAllahi khair

Walaikumussalaam! 🙂 Dry milk quantity is a little more than 1 cup or a full heaped cup 🙂
