Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
- 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken Cut in small pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 3 Green Chillies Finely Crushed
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Roasted and Ground
For Tortillas
- 1 Cup All Purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
- Water As required
Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Green Chillies Crushed
- Salt To Taste
Toppings
- 1/2 Cup Cream + 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Boiled Red Beans
- Olives As Required
- Finely Chopped Onion Dipped in Vinegar
- Ice Berg As required
- Cheese Slices As required

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in the ingredients mentioned above for 20 - 25 minutes

- Heat the pan and cook the marinated chicken till it dries

- Knead the Tortilla dough with the ingredients mentioned. Let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes

- Make small balls depending on the size you require. Roll them out into thin rotis

- Heat oil and fry them on medium heat till they are brown and crisp


- Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients

- Place a chicken piece, beans, onions, olives on the fried tortilla and place a cheese slice on top. Microwave for 10 - 15 minutes till cheese melts

- Top with iceberg, sauce, and sour cream

- Serve it right away 🙂
