Mac Burger
Ingredients
Preparing Chicken
- 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken Cut in thin stakes
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Chicken Marination
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon French Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Finely Chopped and Dipped in Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Cucumber De-seeded, finely chopped and dipped in vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chillies

Instructions
- Soak the chicken in the ingredients mentioned in the Preparing Chicken Section for 20 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients in the sauce section to prepare the sauce
- Drain excess water from the chicken and all the ingredients mentioned in the marination section. Marinate for another 20 - 30 minutes
- Heat your grill pan or plain pan, grease it with oil and cook the stakes from both sides until they are done.
- Apply oil on each side when you are flipping the sides
- Grill buns from both sides
- Apply some oil on the pan and place one prepared fillet on it. Place a slice of cheese on top and another prepared fillet on top
- Then add another piece of cheese
- Cover it with a lid until the cheese melts
- While the cheese is melting, but a lettuce leaf on the burger and top it with sauce
- Once the cheese has melted, put the chicken pieces on top of the prepared bun
- Your burger is ready 🙂
- Serve it with fries
