Caramel Sauce
  1. Melt butter, slat and sugar till brown
  2. Remove from heat. Wait for some time and add cream
  3. Return it to heat and cook till all crystals are dissolved and the sauce is according to your required consistency
  4. Beat eggs, with sugar and vanilla essence
  5. Add butter. Beat them well
  6. Add cream beat it well. Then add milk
  7. Glaze the dish generously with butter
  8. Cut the bread/buns in half. If you have bread you can cut them in small pieces. You just need to add a layer whatever way suits you. We used butter buns
  9. Add half of the beaten material on top of this layer. Soak the bread well with this. If your bread is thick you'll have to make more of the mixture
  10. Sprinkle your nuts/raisins or fruits as desired
  11. Then add another layer of bread
  12. Add the rest of the mixture
  13. Top it with the nuts/raisins or fruits and some ground sugar
  14. Bake at 180 degree C for 20 - 25 minutes
  15. And its ready! 🙂
