Instructions
Make Sugar syrup by boiling all ingredients mentioned in “For Syrup” section
Mix all ingredients mentioned in “For Dough” section except Egg
Knead it with beaten egg, use as much egg as required
Dough is sticky, knead it well and refrigerate it and it will become firm
Make balls out of the dough
Heat the oil and fry the dough balls over low heat till golden
Take them out and put them in hot sugar syrup and turn off the flame of syrup
Serve hot
