Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
For Stuffing
- 1/2 Cup Oilives Finely diced
- 1 Capsicum Finely Chopped
- 2 Green Onions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Finely Chopped
- 1 Carrot Finely Cut
- 2-3 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilies
Marination of Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
For Coating
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Cup Corn Flakes Ground

Instructions
- Pass a knife carefully through the middle of chicken breast to create a cavity inside

- Working with your fingers, enlarge this cavity as much as you can, not damaging the Chicken breast
- Marinate these in a bowl with ingredients mentioned above for one hour

- Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the "For stuffing" section

- Fill these in the cavities of chicken breasts


- Close the opening with toothpicks so that its properly closed


- In a bowl, beat egg with flour, milk, thyme, crushed red chilies and salt. Brush stuffed chicken breasts with it thoroughly and coat in ground cornflakes

- Place these on a well greased tray, and drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken pieces. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 25-30 Minutes , till its golden. Remove the toothpicks

Plz when giving recipes for beef like steak burger also give chicken burger

In recipes it is mentioned where you can replace beef with chicken or vice versa 🙂

I tried ths recipe today and it turned yummy delicious … superbbbbbb. Excellent recipe. A must try.
I replaced cornflakes with bread crumbs and it was crunchy and yum yum.
