Chicken Kiev
Ingredients
For Marination
- 6 Pieces Chicken Breast Steak Cut
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chili sauce or Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For Filling
- 150 gm Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro or Parsley Chopped
- 2 Green Chilies
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- Mint Leaves few
- 1/2 teaspoon Origano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For Coating
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Flour As required
- Bread Crumbs As required
- 2 Eggs

Instructions
For Filling
- Boil Water in a pan and add garlic cloves. Boil them for a minute or so and peel them
- Blend garlic with ingredients mentioned in "For Filling"
- Make Balls out of them and freeze them over night
For Marination
- Place each chicken piece in a plastic bag and tap gently with a hammer or any other tool. Make enlarge and thin.
- Marinate in all spices given in "For Marination" ingredients section, preferably overnight in refrigerator
Method
- For coating beat 2 eggs with 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Thyme and 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper. Also mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Thyme and 1 teaspoon Black Pepper in Flour
- Take a Marinated Breast piece,
- Place the frozen filing ball in enter and gather the edges around the ball as shown in picture. Close the edges with tooth picks
- Roll in flour well and press in hands so that edges are closed then roll in flour again so that all the openings are covered
- Roll it in beaten egg
- Roll in Bread crumbs again and press it with hands to give it a ball like shape so that all edges are closed. Repeat the coating with crumbs again well.
- Pour some oil on baking tray, place kiev on tray and drizzle oil on them
- Bake for 15- 20 Mins on 200 degrees centigrade. Adjust the temperature according to your oven
