Pass a knife carefully through the middle of chicken breast to create a cavity inside
Working with your fingers, enlarge this cavity as much as you can, not damaging the Chicken breast
Marinate these in a bowl with ingredients mentioned above for one hour
Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the “For stuffing” section
Fill these in the cavities of chicken breasts
Close the opening with toothpicks so that its properly closed
In a bowl, beat egg with flour, milk, thyme, crushed red chilies and salt. Brush stuffed chicken breasts with it thoroughly and coat in ground cornflakes
Place these on a well greased tray, and drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken pieces. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 25-30 Minutes , till its golden. Remove the toothpicks
