Mexican Steak
Ingredients
For Preparing Steaks
- 500 gms Chicken Steaks
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
For Marination
- 3 Tablespoons Cumin Freshly Roasted and ground
- 6 Green Chillis Big
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 1/3 Cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Fresh Coriander Chopped
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 2 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Or any other
- 1.5 Tablespoon Siracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon Corn Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Diced
Vegetable for Serving
- 1 Carrots Cut
- 10 - 20 Green Beans
- 1 Onion Sliced in round shape
- Or any other vegetable of your choice

Instructions
- Soak the steak slices in water salt and baking soda for 1 - 2 hours

- Blend all the ingredients mentioned in the marination section

- Strain excess water of the steaks and mix the marination blend into the steak slices. Marinate this overnight

- Heat the grill or pan and oil it thoroughly. Cook the steaks on medium high heat

- During cooking apply olive oil on each side. Take them out once done

- Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside

- While steaks are getting cooked, prepare sauce by mixing all the ingredients of sauce except, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, mushrooms and oregano

- Cook the ginger and garlic in sesame oil a little and add mushrooms. Fry a little

- Add the mixed sauce and cook till thick

- Heat the sizzling pan. Oil it and put onions on it

- Place vegetables and steak over it and pour the sauce
