Instructions
  1. Either cut the base of chilies and scoop out the seeds with help of a knife OR give a slit in the center and take out the seeds.
  2. Keep them in refrigerator while preparing the fillings.
  3. Blend all spices given in ingredients "For Filling" section except for chicken and cream cheese.
  4. In a pan take chicken and add blended spices and cook till dry
  5. Let the chicken cool and shred it into small pieces
  6. Add cream cheese to it, This is optional, you can skip this step if you want.
  7. Fill the green chilies with chicken filling and keep them in freezer for one hour
  8. If you don't have samosa patti then knead half cup of flour with thyme and pinch salt and roll it out into a thin roti and make stripes out of it
  9. Wrap filled chilies wih the stripes or Samosa patti
  10. Dip in egg batter
  11. Either coat it with bread crumbs or with flour seasoned with salt and thyme
  12. Heat the oil and fry the chilies over low heat
