Fried Chicken Puffs
Ingredients
For Dough
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 50 gms Butter
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose flour
- 3 Green Chillies Medium, Finely Cut
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 2 Eggs
For Dip Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sweetened Yogurt (Thick)
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 2 Tablespoon Onions Very Finely Cut

Instructions
- Finely cut your chicken

- Put all ingredients in a pan on medium heat.

- Cook till the chicken is dried up and cooked

- Once cooled, rub the chicken between your fingers to break down the pieces even further
- Heat water and butter till the water boils

- At this stage add all purpose flour at once. Remove from heat and mix it well. Turn it back over low heat and cook till the mixture leaves the pan and form a ball

- Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool

- Once the mixture cools off, add eggs one by one and beat well

- Add rest of the ingredients in the dough section, and the prepared chicken and mix well. Keep it in the freezer for some time so that it becomes firm. At the time of frying, beat the mixture again

- Heat the oil and with the help of a spoon scoop out the dough and drop it in the heated oil.

- Fry over medium heat till golden

- Mix all the ingredients in the dip sauce to serve the puffs with it
