Fire Stake
Ingredients
For Sauce
- 1-1/2 Cup Yogurt Thick
- 3/4 Cup Tamarind Sauce Thick
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablepoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Crush whole bulb of garlic with skin well and add water to it and mix well and squeeze out the juice

- Marinate chicken with garlic juice, chili flakes, salt and thyme for an hour.

- Add two tablespoon flour and mix well

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the stakes over medium heat till both sides are golden


- Saute' the vegetables In the same pan with left over juices

- For preparing sauce, beat yogurt well and add tamarind sauce to it

- Add rest of spices mentioned in ingredients "For Sauce" except flour , butter, green onions and green chilies

- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the pan along with 1 Tablespoon Flour and add yogurt mixture to it

- Cook till thick.
- Add onions and green chilies. Adjust the spices accordingly

- Pour sauce over stakes and serve with the vegetables
