Instructions
Crush whole bulb of garlic with skin well and add water to it and mix well and squeeze out the juice
Marinate chicken with garlic juice, chili flakes, salt and thyme for an hour.
Add two tablespoon flour and mix well
Heat oil in a pan and fry the stakes over medium heat till both sides are golden
Saute’ the vegetables In the same pan with left over juices
For preparing sauce, beat yogurt well and add tamarind sauce to it
Add rest of spices mentioned in ingredients “For Sauce” except flour , butter, green onions and green chilies
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the pan along with 1 Tablespoon Flour and add yogurt mixture to it
Cook till thick.
Add onions and green chilies. Adjust the spices accordingly
Pour sauce over stakes and serve with the vegetables
