Dynamite Chicken
Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Boneless, cut in thin pieces
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
For Coating
- 2 Eggs Beaten with 1/2 teaspoon pepper + 1/2 teaspoon salt & herbs of choice
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
For Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Mayoneese
- 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Sauce
- 4 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce Any Hot sauce can also be used
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
For Garnishing

Instructions
- Marinate chicken for 3 hours with all the ingredients mentioned in "For Chicken Marination" section

- Beat an egg with little salt, pepper and thyme. Dip each chicken piece in it

- Mix Flour, Corn Flour, black pepper, salt and herbs together
- Roll the chicken pieces in flour mixture. Again repeat the above steps

- Heat the oil and fry the coated chicken pieces at medium heat till golden

- Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients mentioned in "For Sauce" section

- Dip each fried chicken piece in the sauce and serve in Champagne glass over lattice leaves. Garnish with green onions
