Dynamite Shrimps/Prawns
Ingredients
For Washing
- 250 gms Prawns/Shrimps
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
For Marination
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika Powder
For Coating (Egg Mixture)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
For Coating (Flour Mix)
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose flour
- 1/4 Cup Corn Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
For Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Mayoneese
- 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Sauce
- 4 Tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano

Instructions
- Soak the prawns in the ingredients mentioned in Washing section for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain them

- Marinate the drained prawns in the ingredients mentioned in the marination section for 15 - 20 minutes

- Prepare the egg mixture for coating

- Prepare the flour mixture for coating

- Dip each prawn in the egg mixture

- Coat them with flour mixture

- Repeat the process (coat in egg mixture and then in flour mixture)

- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Fry the coated prawns over medium heat until golden

- Prepare sauce by mixing all the ingredients mentioned

- Coat each fried prawn in sauce and serve over lettuce leaves

- Garnish with spring onions
