Instructions
Soak the prawns in the ingredients mentioned in Washing section for 15 – 20 minutes. Drain them
Marinate the drained prawns in the ingredients mentioned in the marination section for 15 – 20 minutes
Prepare the egg mixture for coating
Prepare the flour mixture for coating
Dip each prawn in the egg mixture
Coat them with flour mixture
Repeat the process (coat in egg mixture and then in flour mixture)
Heat oil in a pan for frying. Fry the coated prawns over medium heat until golden
Prepare sauce by mixing all the ingredients mentioned
Coat each fried prawn in sauce and serve over lettuce leaves
Garnish with spring onions
