Instructions
  1. In 3 Cups water add chicken, pepper corn, cloves and cinnamon stick
  2. Cook preferably under pressure for 10 minutes till the chicken is done and stock is reduced to 2.5 cups
  3. Strain the chicken and separate the stock
  4. Shred the chicken into small pieces
  5. Boil all vegetables mentioned in ingredients "for Vegetables" section and strain them
  6. Heat the butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and onion. Saute a little
  7. Add flour and cook a little
  8. Add chicken stock to it
  9. Cook while stirring till it becomes thick
  10. Add chicken, all vegetables, green chillies, Mushrooms and all spices mentioned in ingredients "For Sauce"
  11. Cook a little and adjust salt and spice level according to your taste and let it cool
  12. Roll out Puff pastry according to dish side and layer it at the base of the dish
  13. Add the cooked mixture
  14. Roll out another portion of puff pastry and cover the mixture and seal the edges carefully. Make some holes with a knife
  15. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle some herbs of your choice e.g Oregano
  16. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees till golden
Personal Pot Pie
  1. Grease Ramekin with butter add prepared mixture and cover it with a layer of puff pastry
  2. Make holes with knife as shown in picture, brush the top with egg and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in preheated oven
For Chicken Muffins
  1. Roll out puff pastry dough and cut into circles according to your muffin size. Grease the muffin pan with butter generously
  2. Fit the dough circle in muffin pan
  3. Add the filling and top it with cheese and desired herbs
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in preheated oven
