Singaporean Rice

Singaporean rice, though named after Singapore are actually considered a part of Chinese cuisine. When this dish was requested by one of the members, we weren’t quite sure how the rice and noodles would taste when combined together.

While we were researching this recipe, it was quite shocking to see how many different ingredients had to be prepared to be assembled in one final dish. We kept asking, “WHO invented this recipe?!”. However, for the love of cooking we went ahead to make this dish and see how everything combines at the end. All the research and effort really did pay off, and we were left with an amazing dish with tons of flavors! Having had to prepare all the vegetables, chicken, gravy, and sauces separately gave so many flavors at once. We loved every bite of it.

Also, on the plus side, all the different sections of this recipe can be combined and improvised to make dishes of your own!

Our final verdict: This dish is worth the effort.

Happy cooking folks! 🙂
