Ramen Burger
Ingredients
For Noodle Patties
- 4-5 Pack Instant Noodles depending on size and of desired flavor (e.g. Maggi, Kanoor Noodles)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- Salt if required
For Chicken/Beef Patties
- 500 gm Beef or Chicken Minced
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder Roasted and crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Posder Roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Seasme Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya)
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1 Egg
For Filling
- 2-3 Salad Leaves
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- 8 Cheddar/mozzarella Cheese according to requirement
- 2 Eggs (for frying)
Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Paste
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Servings: Burgers
Instructions
For Noodle Patties
- Boil Noodles in water for four minutes till soft. Do not break the noodle cakes before boiling.

- Strain the noodles and let them cool

- In a bowl, beat eggs. Add 2-3 flavoring packs which comes with the instant noodles. Do not add all of the packs. Add black pepper and thyme

- Add the boiled noodles to the egg mixture and mix well, Adjust salt according to your taste

- Take four equal sized bowls according to the size of the burger you desire and grease them with oil
- Divide noodles in these four bowls and press them with some ramekins


- Place them in Refrigerator for two to three hours

- To make sure that they are compressed well stack them as shown in picture

- Take them out of the refrigerator,Move the knife through the edges to release the patty from bowl

- Heat 1 to 2 Tablespoon of oil in Pan slightly, take it off from flame. Invert the noodle bowl over the pan. Let it stay like this till the patty falls over the pan.

- Remove the bowl and put the pan on the flame

- Cook till both sides are golden. Do not move the patty until one side is cooked. Otherwise it can break. Also if you want to make it crunchier, use more oil for frying.

For Chicken/Beef Patties
- Mix the mince with all the ingredients mentioned in "For Chicken/Beef Patties" section.

- Divide the mixture according to the size of the noodle patties

- Shape them in a patty and fry them on a pan.

For Sauce
- Mix all ingredients mentioned in "For Sauce" section

Assembling
- Fry your eggs as you desire and season with salt, black pepper and oregano

- Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in your pan, place chicken/beef patty, place 2 to 3 cheese slices or shredded cheese according to your requirement

- Add the other patty

- Add cheese and fried egg and add little sauce

- Add one noodle Patty and leave it in pan over low heat till the cheese is melted

- Place the second Noodle patty on plate. Arrange salad leaves, tomato and spread the sauce

- Remove the patties from the pan with a spatula and place it over the arranged second noodle patty
