Peach Crumble
Ingredients
For Peach Filling
- 1 kg Peaches Peeled and Sliced
- 1 Cup Sugar Ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon 1 Nutmeg + 1 Clove + 1 Small Piece Cinamon Ground together
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Grind the spices

- Cook peaches with all the ingredients mentioned in filling section over low heat.

- When it gives off water, raise the heat and cook till thick as jam. Let it cool.

- Grease your baking pan with butter generously

- Pour peach mixture in the baking pan

- Prepare crumble by mixing all ingredients mentioned in crumble section. Mix butter into dry ingredients by rubbing in your fingers gently


- Spread the prepared crumble over peaches in the baking pan

- Bake in the middle rack of your preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. Adjust heat and time according to you oven. When the crumble turns golden, take out

- Serve hot with Ice cream scoop 🙂

Tip:Â You can microwave the crumble if it cools at the time of serving.
