Laddu Pethi
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Daal Channa (Gram Lentil)
- 1/2 Cup Daal Maash (White lentil)
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 Ginger Fine Cut
- 2/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Roasted and ground
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Roasted and ground
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Pwder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
For Topping
- 1/2 Cup Imli Sauce (Recipe link given below in recipe notes)
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Raddish Shredded or Onion
- Mint Leaves Chopped for garnishing

Instructions
- Soak the Lentils (Daal) overnight

- In morning put them in blender along with all spices except ginger. Pour water so that its level is 1/4 inch appx above the lentils


- Blend them well till smooth

- Check it by dropping a drop of batter in water, if it pops up then your batter is done.

- Add the finely cut ginger to the batter and mix it well. Let the batter stay for 15 to 20 Minutes and heat the oil

- Fry them in oil over medium heat till they are golden as shown in picture

- Grate the Radish and squeez it with your hands to drain the moisture


- Beat the yogurt till creamy and serve the Laddu Pethi with Radish, Imli Sauce and yogurt. Garnish it with mint leaves.
