Hot & Sour Soup
Ingredients
- 300 gms Chicken With bones (For stock)
- 100 gms Boneless Chicken Cut into fine pieces
- 2 Chicken Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Cabbage Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Carrot Finely Cut
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Finely Cut
- 3 Tablespoon Corn Flour Dissolved in half cup of water
- 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
Spices and Sauces
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
- Boil chicken with bones with 5 cups of water and take out the stock
- Add boneless chicken to the stock and cook for 2 - 3 minutes

- Add chicken cubes and rest of the spices and sauces

- Add all the vegetables (mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and spring onions).

- Add dissolved cornflour to the soup little by little while stiring the soup till the soup thickens to your required consistency. Use as much corn flour mixture as required

- At the end, add beaten egg while stiring constantly. Adjust your spice level
