Spices and Sauces
  1. Boil chicken with bones with 5 cups of water and take out the stock
  2. Add boneless chicken to the stock and cook for 2 - 3 minutes
  3. Add chicken cubes and rest of the spices and sauces
  4. Add all the vegetables (mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and spring onions).
  5. Add dissolved cornflour to the soup little by little while stiring the soup till the soup thickens to your required consistency. Use as much corn flour mixture as required
  6. At the end, add beaten egg while stiring constantly. Adjust your spice level
