Chickien Cheese Cake

One of the members requested for this recipe. I am not a huge fan of chicken cheese cake available in the market so I came up with this recipe

Ingredients
For Chicken
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Pieces Boneless
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
For Topping
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Origano As desired
- 1/2 Cup Olives Well stained with your hands
For Sponge
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Oregano as desired
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Dressing
- 100 ml Cream or as desired
- 1/2 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce or as required
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Cook Chicken on high heat till it dries up in all spices mentioned in ingredients "For Chicken" section

- Let it cool and shred into small pieces

- Grease your Pan with Butter and dust with flour

- Sieve Flour, add salt, pepper, oregano and baking powder to it

- Separate Eggs and beat the egg whites till stiff

- Beat egg yolks till their color is light yellow. Add them to egg whites and beat them again

- Add sugar and beat more

- Add flour mixture in it and mix with your hands well

- Pour in your greased and dusted pan

- If you want to make a think cake then pour in a big pan like I did. But if you want it to be thick then pour in comparatively smaller one
- Tap the batter
- Top with chicken, olives and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano

- Bake into preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till its done. Adjust the heat according to your oven

Dressing
- Beat the ingredients mentioned in "For Dressing" section

- Dress your cake with it.
