Chicken Manchurian
Ingredients
For Marination
- 500 gms Chicken
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon All Purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 Pinch/Drop Red Color So that the mixture is orange in color
Vegetables
- 1 Capsicum Cut in squares
- 1/2 Cup Spring Onions Cut in circles
- 3 Green Chillies Large (Cut as desired)
For Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Ginger +1 Tablespoon for Garnishing
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes Or as desired
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour Dissolved in 1/4th Cup of water

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients mentioned in the Marination section except for All Purpose flour and corn flour for 2 hours
- Add corn flour and flour and mix thoroughly

- Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken over medium high heat for 3 - 4 minutes


- Take out excessive oil. Fry crushed ginger and keep aside

- In 1 Tablespoon oil fry vegetables a little and keep aside

- Heat 1 Teaspoon sesame oil, add some more cooking oil if needed. Fry ginger and garlic

- Add all the rest of the ingredients for sauce except for corn flour.

- Mix and bring it to boil and add corn flour mixture as required so that sauce becomes quite thick

- Toss chicken and vegetables in it.

- Top with fried ginger. Serve hot 🙂
