Dissolved in 1/4th Cup of water
Instructions
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients mentioned in the Marination section except for All Purpose flour and corn flour for 2 hours
Add corn flour and flour and mix thoroughly
Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken over medium high heat for 3 – 4 minutes
Take out excessive oil. Fry crushed ginger and keep aside
In 1 Tablespoon oil fry vegetables a little and keep aside
Heat 1 Teaspoon sesame oil, add some more cooking oil if needed. Fry ginger and garlic
Add all the rest of the ingredients for sauce except for corn flour.
Mix and bring it to boil and add corn flour mixture as required so that sauce becomes quite thick
Toss chicken and vegetables in it.
Top with fried ginger. Serve hot 🙂
