Chicken Dough Balls
Ingredients
For Filling
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Minced or shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Green Chilies Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Oregano

Instructions
- In 1/2 Cup warm milk add yeast and sugar and let it dissolve
- Add egg,butter and one cup of flour. Beat well
- Add rest of one cup flour with salt and thyme
- Knead it till it becomes a smooth dough
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Also grease the dough on the top and cover it with damp cloth and place it in a warm place to rise
- While the dough is rising, prepare filing
- Cook the chicken with all spices (except flour and butter) given in ingredients "for filling" section till it is dry
- Add 1 Tablespoon flour and butter to the chicken and cook a little till it is done.
- After the dough is risen punch it back
- Divide the dough according to the size of dough balls
- Roll out each ball, place filling in the center, gather all the edges and merge them well and form a dough ball. You may also fill shredded cheese in it
- Let them rise for 10-15 minutes
- Heat the oil and fry the dough balls over low heat till golden brown
