In 1/2 Cup warm milk add yeast and sugar and let it dissolve
Add egg,butter and one cup of flour. Beat well
Add rest of one cup flour with salt and thyme
Knead it till it becomes a smooth dough
Place the dough in a greased bowl. Also grease the dough on the top and cover it with damp cloth and place it in a warm place to rise
While the dough is rising, prepare filing
Cook the chicken with all spices (except flour and butter) given in ingredients “for filling” section till it is dry
Add 1 Tablespoon flour and butter to the chicken and cook a little till it is done.
After the dough is risen punch it back
Divide the dough according to the size of dough balls
Roll out each ball, place filling in the center, gather all the edges and merge them well and form a dough ball. You may also fill shredded cheese in it
Let them rise for 10-15 minutes
Heat the oil and fry the dough balls over low heat till golden brown
