Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
For Marination
- 750 gm Boneless Chicken breast piece cut in strips
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt less salt is needed as other salty ingredients are added
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Paste
For Gravy
- 3+2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1 Cup Green Onions use green part less
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced and drained well
- 1 Tablespoon Flour heaped
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Chicken Cubes
- 3 Tablespoon Tomato Purree
- 1/2 Cup Sour cream Cream + 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, let it stand for one hour
- 2 Green Chilies Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 gm Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
- Marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours with ingredients mentioned in "For Marination" section

- Melt 3 Tablespoon Butter, fry chicken over high heat till it is done



- Take out chicken and in the same pan add 1 Tablespoon Butter and add garlic. Fry a little

- Add Onions and mushrooms. Cook a little

- Add flour and cook more

- Add water, chicken cubes and cook till thick

- Add rest of spices mentioned in ingredients "For gravy" section other than cheese. Keep on cooking

- Add cheese and cook till cheese is dissolved in the gravy. Adjust the spice level according to your taste.

- Dish out in sizzling plate if available and garnish with the toppings
