Instructions
Marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours with ingredients mentioned in “For Marination” section
Melt 3 Tablespoon Butter, fry chicken over high heat till it is done
Take out chicken and in the same pan add 1 Tablespoon Butter and add garlic. Fry a little
Add Onions and mushrooms. Cook a little
Add flour and cook more
Add water, chicken cubes and cook till thick
Add rest of spices mentioned in ingredients “For gravy” section other than cheese. Keep on cooking
Add cheese and cook till cheese is dissolved in the gravy. Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
Dish out in sizzling plate if available and garnish with the toppings
