Instructions
Preparing Dough
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, egg, butter, and 1 cup flour. Beat well.

- Add rest of the flour and salt and knead it into a smooth dough. Add some warm water, if required.
- Place it in a big bowl, cover it with damp cloth. Set it aside for 1 - 2 hours (Till it rises and is more than double in size)

Preparing Filling
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of butter, add garlic and ginger. Cook a little and add chicken

- Cook over high heat till the chicken dries. Add all spices, flour and sauces and cook till all dries up. Adjust salt.

Making bread
- Punch back the risen dough and roll it out. You can give the bread any shape of your choice. Here I roll it out in a rectangle

- Sprinkle oregano and fill the edges with cheese seasoned with oregano and black pepper

- Place the prepared filling in the center. Add cheese on top (if you desire)

- Enclose the filling well and shape it into a bread loaf

- Grease your baking tray generously with oil/butter. Place bread on it. Make slits in the bread

- Glaze it with egg wash

- Spread cheese and sesame on top. Sprinkle oregano and place small butter pieces all over the bread. Let it rise for 15 minutes

- Preheat your oven at 180 degrees C. Bake the bread for 15 - 20 minutes. Or till its golden.
