Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast About 1/2 KG
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Cloves garlic Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Ingredients for Coating
- 2 Eggs
- Flour
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- Lays Chips Roughly ground
- Corn Flakes Roughly ground

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for marination well and marinate chicken in it for 2 - 3 hours Strain marinated chicken well




- Mix herbs, thyme, salt, pepper in the flour If you want your nuggets to be cheesy, add Parmesan cheese in the flour as well



- Roll each chicken piece in flour, and then dip in egg and coat with ground chips or cornflakes If you want Al-Baik magic add red food color to chicken using the syringe. Inject in nuggets carefully so that color is only injected inside




- Heat oil and fry the nuggets on medium heat till they are golden
