Instructions
  1. Before you start with this recipe, grease the baking tray and dust it with flour.
  2. Warm one cup milk and add the yeast. Keep it covered for 2 minutes Add 2 tablespoons of sugar butter and 1 cup flour in mixture and beat it with a wooden spoon so that all the lumps are smoothly mixed Add rest of 1-1/2 cup flour and knead it well Cover the bowl and let it rise for one hour Roll out the dough and cut into 6 equal strips. You can use a knife or pizza cutter for this
  3. Now roll each strip into a rope nearly 30” long. Work it out with rolling your palms and fingers
  4. Shape this rope into a pretzel shape as shown in the images
  5. Dip it in Soda solution and place them on the baking tray Sprinkle the pretzels with sesame seeds and salt
  6. Sprinkle the pretzels with sesame seeds and salt
  7. When all pretzels are done, let them rise for 15 minutes. Place them in preheated oven with a temperature setting of 375 degree F
  8. Bake the pretzels for 10 - 12 minutes
  9. Take out each pretzel and dip it into molten butter
  10. Serve these right away to enjoy the warm and buttery flavors
