Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken Boneless
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chinese Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 3-4 Green Chilies Finely cut
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
Making Paper Bags
- You will need a few butter paper sheets for this Make a paste with flour and water Make 6” x 4” bags You can cut the butter paper into 10” x 10” square to give them pouch shapes.

Recipe
- Marinate chicken by adding the above listed ingredients for half an hour.

- Put 4 - 6 pieces of chicken in each bag and seal them with flour paste properly. For pouches, place the pieces in the center and gather the corners so that no space is left. Tie the pouches on the top using a thread leaving enough space so that there’s room for steam build up.

- Heat the oil Put these bags in the oil. Let the steam build up in the bags so that the chicken pieces can be cooked

- Make sure that the bags are not punctured Fry these for 3 - 5 minutes
