How to Make the Drum Stick
  1. Cut the chicken leg piece from the bone like shown in the picture. Its always nicer to have a kitchen knife handy.
  2. Pull all the meat away from the bone in the opposite direction and you’ll end up with a drumstick
Recipe
  1. Marinate the chicken for 1/2 an hour with the ingredients mentioned above
  2. Strain the Chicken and add one beaten egg in it
  3. Heat the oil in pressure cooker. Using pressure cooker is very important as aroma of KFC is the result of cooking the chicken in high pressure
  4. Now roll each chicken piece in the flour, working the flour in with your fingers
  5. When all pieces are done, lower the heat of oil as a precautionary measure. Also, you dont want the chicken to be cooked right away Test the oil temperature by putting a small piece in. If it pops up right away, you are good to go.
  6. Place all pieces in oil carefully. The level of oil should be such that all pieces of oil should be such that pieces are fully dipped in oil.
  7. Now close the lid of cooker. Put on the weight of cooker
  8. After exact 5 minutes, lower the heat or take the cooker off of heat and lift the pressure weight. When pressure is released then open the lid and put the cooker back to heat.
  9. If the pieces are done like that beautiful golden color shown in pictures, then take out the chicken. If not, cook them until they turn golden and crispy
