Blend all ingredients for marination well and marinate chicken in it for 2 – 3 hours
Strain marinated chicken well
Mix herbs, thyme, salt, pepper in the flour
If you want your nuggets to be cheesy, add Parmesan cheese in the flour as well
Roll each chicken piece in flour, and then dip in egg and coat with ground chips or cornflakes
If you want Al-Baik magic add red food color to chicken using the syringe. Inject in nuggets carefully so that color is only injected inside
Heat oil and fry the nuggets on medium heat till they are golden
