Pizza Paratha

Ingredients
For Dough
- 3 Cups Fine Aatta (White wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt Room temperature
- 1/2 Cup Warm milk
For Filling
- 1/2 Kg Minced Meat Chicken, beef or mutton
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Roasted and ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Roasted and ground
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilies Crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Chilies Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) Chopped
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
For Toppings
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushroom Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Green Coriander Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon basil leaves Chopped
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspon Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Chili flakes

Instructions
For Dough
- Add salt, brown sugar, yeast, oil and yogurt to fine white wheat flour (Aatta)
- Add warm milk and knead it well. Use warm water if needed

- Cover the dough with damp cloth and let it set for one hour or so
For filling
- Cook the minced meat with ginger garlic paste till water is about to dry

- Add all the spices mentioned in ingredients "For Filling" along with flour cook till dry. Adjust spices according to your taste. Allow it to cool.

Assembling
- Make dough balls of equal size

- Roll out each dough ball into approximately equal circle

- Spread filling mixture over one half

- Place the other half over it and seal the edges properly
- Roll out the paratha a little , specially from the edges so that they are sealed well and they are thin

- Heat the pan over very low heat and grease it well with butter

- Place rolled paratha on it

- Cover the pan and cook it on low heat for 6=7 minutes till one side is done
- Flip the side and remove the pan from the heat

- Apply pizza sauce on the paratha . You can also add herbs in tomato puree and use instead of pizza sauce.

- Spread all the toppings mentioned in ingredients "For toppings" except chili flakes and herbs over the paratha

- Top with shredded cheese

- Sprinkle oregano, little coriander leaves, basil leaves and chili flakes according to your desired spice level

- Cover the pan with lid and place it back over very low heat

- Cook for 10 Minutes till the cheese melts and the base is ready

- Serve hot
