Ingredients

For Dough
  1. Add salt, brown sugar, yeast, oil and yogurt to fine white wheat flour (Aatta)
  2. Add warm milk and knead it well. Use warm water if needed
  3. Cover the dough with damp cloth and let it set for one hour or so
For filling
  1. Cook the minced meat with ginger garlic paste till water is about to dry
  2. Add all the spices mentioned in ingredients "For Filling" along with flour cook till dry. Adjust spices according to your taste. Allow it to cool.
Assembling
  1. Make dough balls of equal size
  2. Roll out each dough ball into approximately equal circle
  3. Spread filling mixture over one half
  4. Place the other half over it and seal the edges properly
  5. Roll out the paratha a little , specially from the edges so that they are sealed well and they are thin
  6. Heat the pan over very low heat and grease it well with butter
  7. Place rolled paratha on it
  8. Cover the pan and cook it on low heat for 6=7 minutes till one side is done
  9. Flip the side and remove the pan from the heat
  10. Apply pizza sauce on the paratha . You can also add herbs in tomato puree and use instead of pizza sauce.
  11. Spread all the toppings mentioned in ingredients "For toppings" except chili flakes and herbs over the paratha
  12. Top with shredded cheese
  13. Sprinkle oregano, little coriander leaves, basil leaves and chili flakes according to your desired spice level
  14. Cover the pan with lid and place it back over very low heat
  15. Cook for 10 Minutes till the cheese melts and the base is ready
  16. Serve hot
