Chicken 65
Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Boneless
- 1 Tbs Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chinese Salt
- 2 Tbs Corn Flour
- 1 Egg
Ingredients for Gravy
- 1 Tbs Oil
- 1 Tbs garlic Chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tbs White Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tbs Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Chinese Salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4-5 Green Chillies Split into Half and cut into pieces
- 3/4 Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- Fresh Green Curry Leaves
- Few Drops Red Food Color
Servings: Person
Instructions
- Marinate chicken by adding all the ingredients mentioned in the section above for half an hour. Even 15 minutes are enough

- Heat the oil well and fry this chicken for 2 - 3 minutes on high heat so that it remains soft and juicy. (Do not over fry!)

- Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add curry leaves, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds

- Remove from heat and add salt, chilies, cumin powder, Chinese salt, green chilies, chili garlic sauce and the red food color

- Put the mixture back on heat Mix it and add nearly half cup of water to make the gravy thinner

- Now add fried chicken and fold it in gravy to get the beautiful Chicken 65


Variation:
- You can add yogurt in the end to get smooth gravy if you wish but this is not a feature of Chicken 65
