Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken by adding all the ingredients mentioned in the section above for half an hour. Even 15 minutes are enough
  2. Heat the oil well and fry this chicken for 2 – 3 minutes on high heat so that it remains soft and juicy. (Do not over fry!)
  3. Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add curry leaves, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds
  4. Remove from heat and add salt, chilies, cumin powder, Chinese salt, green chilies, chili garlic sauce and the red food color
  5. Put the mixture back on heat Mix it and add nearly half cup of water to make the gravy thinner
  6. Now add fried chicken and fold it in gravy to get the beautiful Chicken 65
Variation:
  1. You can add yogurt in the end to get smooth gravy if you wish but this is not a feature of Chicken 65
