Jhatt Patt Chicken For Weight Watchers
This recipe is for weight watchers. It is ready within minutes and it tastes great. Try it and let us know how it turns out 🙂
Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
- 700 gm Boneless Chicken Cut into small pieces of required shape
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Green Chilies Finely Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt or according to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teasoon Oregano
For Vegetables
- 1 Capsicum Large, finely Sliced
- 1 Carrot Large, finely sliced
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions Finely Sliced
- 1 Onion Finely Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with ingredients mentioned in ingredients for "Chicken Marination" section

- Heat pan and add chicken with all the spices and cover it. Cook for one minute over medium heat

- Remove the cover, chicken leave some water

- Cook over high heat for two minutes till little liquid is left
- Add all the vegetables and toss them for another one minute over high heat. Cook them for approximately another minute. You can also add vegetables of your choice

- Adjust spices accordingly
