Gobhi 65
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Cauliflower medium
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- Salt as desired
For Batter
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tablespoon Flour
- 3 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- Water to make paste
- 1 Chicken Cube (Crushed)
For Gravy
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 7-8 Fresh Green Curry Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin White
- 2-3 Green Chilies Finely Cut into squares
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Cup Chili Garlic Paste
- Pinch Red Food Color
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilie Powder

Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a pan, add cauliflower to it,

- Add turmeric and salt, boil for 1-2 minutes and drain

- Make batter by blending 2 eggs, 3 Tablespoon flour, 3 Tablespoon corn flour, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste. Also add water till mixture becomes thick like a batter paste


- Dip cauliflower in batter and fry it for 1-2 minutes


- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and cumin seeds

- Add green chilies, Red chili powder, tomato puree and chili garlic sauce, powdered cumin, red food color, salt and dilute with some water

- add fried cauliflower till its coated well and add 1 Tablespoon lemon Juice.
