Bring water to boil in a pan, add cauliflower to it,
Add turmeric and salt, boil for 1-2 minutes and drain
Make batter by blending 2 eggs, 3 Tablespoon flour, 3 Tablespoon corn flour, black pepper, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste. Also add water till mixture becomes thick like a batter paste
Dip cauliflower in batter and fry it for 1-2 minutes
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and cumin seeds
Add green chilies, Red chili powder, tomato puree and chili garlic sauce, powdered cumin, red food color, salt and dilute with some water
add fried cauliflower till its coated well and add 1 Tablespoon lemon Juice.
