Drum Sticks
Ingredients
For Marination
- 4-6 Chicken Leg Piece
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
For Batter
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt or as desired
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion
- 4 Green Chilies Finely Chopped

Instructions
- Cut the meat around the bottom of the drumstick as shown in picture

- Pull the flesh in upward direction

- Cut the flesh in fine fibers

- marinate drumsticks in the ingredients mentioned in "For Marination" section for 1 to 2 hours
- Beat eggs with flour, corn flour, white pepper, black pepper Chinese salt, salt, thyme

- Ad chopped onions and chilies

- Strain the drumsticks well and add to the above batter

- heat the oil in pan or pressure cooker, Coat the drumsticks well with the batter

- Before adding the drumstick in oil, make sure that it is well coated with green vegetables and batter
- Fry over low heat, so that it is completely cooked from inside

- If you are using pressure cooker then remove the cooker from heat when oil is heated, add the drumsticks, close the lid and place the pressure weight and return it to the heat. Cook at low heat for 5 minutes. Then remove from flame and release the pressure
