Chicken 9 Lives
Ingredients
For Marination
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Boneless breast, cut in stripes
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
For Vegitables
- 1 Carrot Cut like fries
- 1/2 Red bell pepper If available
- 1 Capsicum Cut in stripes
- 2/3 Cup Spring Onions sliced
- 1 Cup Mushroom Sliced and drained
- 1/2 Cup Baby Corn Sliced and drained
- 4 Whole red Chilies
- 1/4 Cup Broccoli
- 1/4 Cup Green Beans (Frash bean)
- 4 Green Chilies Split and cut in square
For Gravy
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic Crush
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Crush
- 1 teaspoon Corn Flour Dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 2 Chicken Cubes
- 2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for 1/2 hour with ingredients mentioned in "For Marination" section

- Fry the marinated chicken over high heat for 2 minutes

- In one tablespoon oil ( Use same oil used for frying the chicken) add garlic, ginger and whole red chilies and fry a little

- Ad rest of the vegetables and fry a little


- Take out the vegetables. In the same pan add one teaspoon sesame oil and one teaspoon garlic, add chicken cube, water, corn flour mixture, oyster sauce, red chilies, soy sauce and rest of spices mentioned in ingredients "For Gravy" section. Bring it to boil

- Add fried vegetables, chicken and toss it well. Cook over high heat till dry

- Adjust the salt and spice level accordingly.
