Ingredients
Ingredients for Marinad
- 1/s kg Beef Steaks You can use chicken as well
- 1 Tablespoon Meat tenderizer Only for beef steaks
- 1/2 cup Tamarind Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Crush Green Chilies
- 1 Onion Cut in rings
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Ingredients for Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- All the left over marinad of steaks

Instructions
- If you're using beef steaks, then apply meat tenderizer and salt for 1 - 1/2 hour and wash it.

- Mix all the ingredients of marination and marinate steaks in it

- Marinate it over night

- Heat and grease grill/pan well and cook steaks on medium heat

- Apply cuts cooking so that it is cooked well from the inside as well. Also apply oil during cooking


Sauce
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter and flour

- Add leftover merinade sauce into it

- Cook till its well thickened


- Serve your steaks with sauce, olives and veges of your choice
