All the left over marinad of steaks
Instructions
If you’re using beef steaks, then apply meat tenderizer and salt for 1 – 1/2 hour and wash it.
Mix all the ingredients of marination and marinate steaks in it
Marinate it over night
Heat and grease grill/pan well and cook steaks on medium heat
Apply cuts cooking so that it is cooked well from the inside as well. Also apply oil during cooking
Sauce
Heat 1 tablespoon butter and flour
Add leftover merinade sauce into it
Cook till its well thickened
Serve your steaks with sauce, olives and veges of your choice
