19-B Soup
Ingredients
For Chicken Stock
- 6-8 Chicken Pieces Wings and neck meant for soup
- 1 piece Ginger Whole
- 1 Spring Onion Whole
- 1 Star Spice
- 2 Lemon Grass Stock
For Soup
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Boneless finely cut
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Thinly Sliced and drained well
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Very Finely cut
- 1 Tablespoon Bamboo Shoots Finely sliced (omit it if not available)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Grass Stock Chopped ( If not available use dry lemon grass)
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce (Fish sauce can be used instead)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or as desired
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 1/2 Cup Chinese Egg Noodles Cut in small pieces
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoon Green Onions Finely chopped for garnishing

Instructions
- Make chicken stock with 6 cups of water and all ingredients mentioned in ingredients "For Chicken Stock" section. You can use pressure cooker

- Strain the stock and discard all the left overs

- Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil and add chicken pieces to it

- Stir a little

- Add prepared chicken stock. Bring it to boil and cook for few minutes so that chicken is cooked
- Add all rest of ingredients except for Green onions mentioned in ingredients "For Soup" section

- Cook till noodles are tender.

- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot. You can also add cooked prawns if desired
