Instructions
  1. Make chicken stock with 6 cups of water and all ingredients mentioned in ingredients “For Chicken Stock” section. You can use pressure cooker
  2. Strain the stock and discard all the left overs
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil and add chicken pieces to it
  4. Stir a little
  5. Add prepared chicken stock. Bring it to boil and cook for few minutes so that chicken is cooked
  6. Add all rest of ingredients except for Green onions mentioned in ingredients “For Soup” section
  7. Cook till noodles are tender.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot. You can also add cooked prawns if desired
