Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Tomatoes
- 2 Carrots Discard inner yellow part
- 1 Onion
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 1 Green Chili (strictly 1)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablesoon Chinese Salt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar (or White)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce
- 1 Lemon (Juice)
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- Red Food Color Few drops
- Cream For garnishing
- Bread pieces Cut in squares
- 1 Chicken Cube

Instructions
- Cut All the vegetables

- Heat the butter, add onion and garlic cloves, stir and then add all the vegetables Stir them over heat then add the tomatoes and mix

- Add 1 cup water and cook in pressure for 10 minutes

- Carefully release all the pressure until the pressure nail goes down Now thoroughly blend all the vegetables

- Strain them and complete straining by adding some water Discard the left over seeds and peels

- Now again, put the soup over heat and cook till it thickens Add Chinese salt , salt, brown sugar, chili sauce, chiken cube and lemon juice

- At the end add some drops of red color and then add oregano

- Garnish it with cream

- Serve with bread squares either toasted or fried, its up to you.
