Instructions
Cut All the vegetables
Heat the butter, add onion and garlic cloves, stir and then add all the vegetables Stir them over heat then add the tomatoes and mix
Add 1 cup water and cook in pressure for 10 minutes
Carefully release all the pressure until the pressure nail goes down Now thoroughly blend all the vegetables
Strain them and complete straining by adding some water Discard the left over seeds and peels
Now again, put the soup over heat and cook till it thickens Add Chinese salt , salt, brown sugar, chili sauce, chiken cube and lemon juice
At the end add some drops of red color and then add oregano
Garnish it with cream
Serve with bread squares either toasted or fried, its up to you.
